  • Processing mutual fund transactions including SIP registrations, lumpsum purchases, redemptions, and switches.
  • Providing portfolio tracking and reporting through Red Vision Software.
  • Offering financial planning tools including calculators, risk profilers, and goal planners.

We are a distributor, not an investment advisor registered under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Our recommendations are based on general suitability and should not be construed as personalized investment advice.

3. Client Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or a minor with a valid guardian).
  • Be a resident of India or an NRI eligible to invest in Indian mutual funds.
  • Have completed KYC verification through a SEBI-registered KRA.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Investment Risks

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Report any unauthorized transactions within 24 hours.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Process your transactions accurately and within the timelines set by AMCs.
  • Provide transparent information about fund recommendations and associated risks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your personal and financial data.
  • Comply with all SEBI, AMFI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest in our recommendations.
